GS1 Canada is supporting representatives of the healthcare and pharmacy communities - including providers, suppliers, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), solution providers, associations and government - to achieve these objectivesThrough implementation of GS1 standards, these communities are modernizing, unifying and enhancing healthcare and pharmacy supply chain operations, leading to improvements in processes such as logistics and inventory management, and ultimately, safer medication practices and patient care across Canada.
